I've never had highlights - bleached my whole head but no highlights... plus at that time I wasn't to the point of doing that - which occurred just before new year's in 2001 - within 4 months I finally came out - the hairdo gets a lil credit :-P

You forgot to mention how tons of people were coming up to Tos (before the show started and during the opening act) because they thought he WAS the lead singer of Depeche Mode. They look very similar. It was classic. I would see people pointing and staring and I would just give them the "shhhhh!" signal. That was a good night.
