Homeward bound...

Planes, trains and automobiles... off to the airport in RSW (Ft. Myers, FL) now. What a trip I am exhausted. Since my arrival on Tuesday into West Palm Beach I have now seen many cities in Florida (previously I'd been to Orlando once for 3 days and the Miami airport for a night). Yesterday we got up at 6am and then drove:

from West Palm to Orlando - 3 hours
stop at plant for 1.5t hours

then drove to Tampa - 2-3 hours, I fell asleep for a while
then to Sarasota - at least an hour, maybe 2

then gassed up in Sarasota and onto Ft. Myers (1.5 hours in traffic)

and after all that has to setup for the meeting, do my presentation etc.... Lemme just say, Florida is perhaps the most boring state I've driven through. Nothing but flat swampy land as far as the eye can see... Plus it is only 2 lanes on all the roads I was on... I was asleep by 1030 last night.

I can't wait to get on my plane outta here!!!
