I can't believe it
I went and opened a bank account up at the new Commerce Bank on Conn. Ave. It is a big NJ/NY bank. Channel7 has been telling me about it and I finally stopped in. They are open 7 days a week, everyone is chipper, not a fee for a service to be seen and their rates are good! But all this is non-factor b/c it is the one place in DC (until a Trader Joe's opens at least) that has EXCELLENT customer service.
I think I need to lie down now... I'm still in shock.

You get great customer service out here... even in Abercrombie! (and you know how hard it is to get one of those wanna-be-teen-hotties there to give you thr time of day!)

Maybe it isn't a real bank? Go back and make sure it's still there...
