Pray for my PC

So my machine at home is dead right now. I am getting the blue screen of death and the dreaded "boot disk unmountable" or something like that. I am at Watusi's house making boot disks (I know - I never can find them whenever this stuff happens). After I help him with the deck I am going to attempt to rescue my machine from the clutches of death (and my stress of having to reinstall XP! Grrr) so prayers are welcomed.

I am seriously thinking of ebay'ing the machine once I get my porn off of it (thankfully all stored on my 2nd hard drive LOL). I think I may break ranks and go back to Apples. They seem so awesome now and still relatively virus, crash and problem free (compared to pcs!). I don't do much more than blog, email, IM, graphic design (hello i should be on a Mac in the 1st place) and that is about it. Should I get a mini? I don't want to blow the bank and you know Macs ain't cheap (nothing good ever is!). I don't do severe gd in photoshop so I don't need mega-power... a powerbook would be nice but I think they cost a lot now.

Ok Apple people - sell me. Go ahead, gimme advice! I am dying without a machine at home. My house is so quiet and free from streaming music from Europe (my bf is not complaining! LOL)
