Organize Me - PDA help please!

Ok peeps - I need a PDA bigtime. I've had a couple in the distant past and didn't really use them. But the new job has me doing so many things and running around so much I need something to keep me on task and reminded at all times. I'm responsible for doing that for my boss (and getting him trained on his Treo) and my little paper journal notebooks aren't too good for the reminder parts (I'll always take notes in them and put appt's into a PDA I suspect - unless I get a little foldout keyboard).

But I can't figure out a good one to get. Normally I am a good lil research beagle, reading reviews etc. But it's been SO busy lately and there's so many choices... I figured I would put you all to work.

Here's what I am looking for:

Sync w/Outlook OR Groupwise (yes the latter sucks but we are on it at work)
Decently light and easy to read
Rechargable (something I can put in a dock)
Wireless (802.11b or better) access - I think this is a must for going forward, but I don't care if it is built-in or an add-on card
-Optional - phone compat. with Verizon

The kicker - I need it to be cheap - like $300 or less pref $200 or less. Free donations accepted too ;-) I've considered Ebay - but I need more convincing since the screens on these things are the most delicate parts. I'd love a TREO so my boss & I are on the same platform but I'm hesitant to just go to Verizon and shell out some huge amount of bucks + I don't want to be carrying that brick out on the weekends. I'm trying to thin out my wallet and key ring so that when I go out I don't feel so weighed down and have huge bulges on every side of my jeans - the one in the middle is heavy enough! (LOL - Sorry I couldn't resist, plus it's 7:19am and I'm rarely this awake that early, credit the coffee and the Adderall).

So thoughts, suggestions and coupons would be very welcome. I don't care which platform Palm or (gasp! am I really saying this?) Windows Mobile is fine. But I need it fast - I'm dying and need help!!! :-)
