Finally I am happy to have gas!
Finally I am happy to have gas and no Chipotle was involved! The Washington Gas Employee, Ervin Philiips was SO nice and went out of his way (went on the icy roof in the dark) to fix my problem which turned out to be a crossed meter. The people above me moved out and they shut mine off instead b/c the meters are swopped and in the wrong position from when the building was constructed!
I am so glad to have heat and hot water again!

does this mean you've been paying for nieghbour's gas and they yours all this time with crossed meters? i hope you cooked more than they did to get a bargain!
