Disgraziata!
Sometimes it really makes me want to scream about how ungrateful people can be. I mean really - I bust my hind trying to do everything and make people happy. I go the extra mile every day - without being asked. And when it comes time 9 out of 10 just forget everything and get nasty. That is life - I know this. I don't like it but I have to accept it.
But still - knowing how things are still doesn't make it suck any less! As the Italians would say 'Disgraziata!
I'm going on my campus errands - I need a walk.

Mille grazie a Steve per il aviso... (lui e un buon'uomo da sigilia)

Myke - it means "un-grateful" or ingrate but really it has one of those untranslatable meanings... when someone really pisses you off or wrongs you after you've looked out for them or given them something an angry "disgraziata!" and perhaps an angry hand and/or fullbody gesture (depending on how far south in Italy you are imho...) does a body good...
Sortof like "Serenity Now!" from Seinfeld... only without the "insanity later"
