Proof that honest reflective thought can occur after work

I went to a group therapy session my best friend tonight. It was both an honor to be there go with him and more an honor to get so much out of it. The presenter was a chaplain and counselor and led the discussion with 4 simple themes on spirituality. Honesty, birth, grace and purpose. Muse on those words and how they relate to spirituality. It was an excellent discussion and presentation when live and in-person - but take a moment in the craziness of the day to reflect on these 4 qualities, what they mean to you and how they connect you (or could) to some form of spirituality.

It was a nice talk, plus free pizza afterwards. But it was just nice to a) see my boy in action and on his journey to recovery and b) the best part, just see a glimmer of hope, happiness and confidence in his eyes. That made me HAPPY and overall I got so much out of that short hour or so. :-) Was nice to engage my brain after a busy day! I am so honored and glad to have been there! :-)
