Condo devlopment blog for DC

This lot is across the street from my house... will be nice to see yet another nice condo building go up (hopefully my property value too!)

I walked around there, and I mean really walked around there, for the first time on Sunday after lunch. Amazing how many things are going up in view of the U Street metro. Let's just hope that they don't add another name to that stop.
