Supreme Court to Bush's power-grab: STEP OFF!

It's nice to see that Bush can't get away with everything he wants... The bigger question is: Shouldn't he be impeached and thrown out of office for knowingly violating US Law and the Geneva Convention? This was a pretty cut and dry case in my opinion. I feel Bush knew that it was illegal and did it regardless since it would take a long time to fight out in the courts. Add to that the 2 new conservative justices... I'm sure he thought this would never happen, that he was too powerful.
